Goals for Week 4/6 to 4/12

- Get organizer that can hold Letter Mailers
- Setup Click2Mail to send out postcards to match my mailer schedule that I outlined in a previous post
- Get More Stamps
- Modify Mailer to include info about "Right of First Refusal"
- Investigate adding a referral P.S. in my letters and postcards for information about other houses needing to be sold.
- Add 20 Links to my REI-Links.com website

    The "Right of First Refusal" gives you the right to match any offers the seller may get on a house.

    So the idea is that if the lead isn't interested in selling yet, you sign an agreement with them that if they do sell in the future you have the opportunity to match that offer. Hope that makes sense.

    You can offer them money up front to sign the contract or better yet, offer them 1000 more then any offer they get. :)
